The GV17 controller and the Protegus 2 system together have all features needed for a simple entry and / or employee time tracker system.

What Trikdis devices can be used ?

Main features

  • Simple entry / exit or employee time tracking
  • The employee can enter / exit or start / stop the time tracking by
    • Proximity card, RFID device or with phone NFC (depends on the Wiegand reader)
    • By entering a code on the keypad
    • Biometric fingerprint (with a suitable fingerprint Wiegand device)
    • From the free Protegus 2 app
  • A worker can have any combination of these above.
  • Up to 1000 users
  • No event limit in Protegus 2 (the system records all events from its creation)
  • The row log (event list) can be exported from any admin user profile in the Protegus 2 app in a table (CSV) format that can be edited in Excel.
  • The system handles a maximum of 2 Wiegand readers.
  • The opening of the door or gate magnetic lock, turnstile is handled by the built-in relay of the GV17
